Who we are

CHASIN' BASE is operated by Ripaldi Media LLC ("we", "us", "the seller"). When you use CHASIN' BASE or buy a Chasin' Pro subscription, you are contracting with Ripaldi Media LLC. Contact: support@chasinbase.com.

By creating an account, continuing to use the service, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction.

The service

CHASIN' BASE is a fantasy baseball and basketball simulation game. Solo modes (Era Mode, Diamond IQ / Dunk IQ, Team Mode) are available on the free tier, though some modes may carry daily usage limits or temporary availability changes while features are rebuilt or tested. Online head-to-head play is available within published limits.

CHASIN' BASE is a beta product. Features, stats, projections, simulation results, and saved data may change, break, or be reset without notice.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

Chasin' Pro subscription

Chasin' Pro is a recurring subscription billed at $4.99 USD per month or $29.99 USD per year (plus applicable taxes). First-time subscribers receive a 4-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged when the trial converts. The subscription unlocks premium gameplay benefits, expands access limits where offered, and includes early access to new game modes and new sports before they are released to the free tier. Early-access content is provided as-is and may change, be delayed, or be removed before public launch. The price and included features may change with notice at the start of a new billing period.

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page or through Paddle; access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Failure to collect payment may downgrade your account to the free tier.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which also apply to your purchase.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

• Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Spamming, harassing other players, or manipulating leaderboards or match outcomes.
• Infringing intellectual property rights of any party.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, scraping, automating play, or attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Reverse engineering the service, reselling or redistributing it, or circumventing usage limits or other technical restrictions.

Intellectual property & license

Ripaldi Media LLC retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, game systems, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for personal entertainment within the limits of your plan.

Service level

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free performance, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Entertainment only

This game is for entertainment purposes only. Win projections, ratings, and historical stats are estimates and should not be used for wagering or any decision-making.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, at our discretion, for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. When your access ends, your saved data may be deleted; you can request an export or deletion of your data by contacting support.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripaldi Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill), and our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Trademarks & affiliation

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, their teams or players associations, or any official league. All trademarks, player names, team names, and likenesses are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary only.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
