CHASIN' 117 is a beta product. Features, stats, projections, simulation results, and saved data may change, break, or be reset without notice.

Free tier & Chasin' Pro subscription

Solo modes (Era Mode, Diamond IQ, Team Mode) are available on the free tier, though some modes may carry usage limits or temporary availability changes while features are rebuilt or tested.

Chasin' Pro is a recurring subscription billed at $3.49 USD per month (plus applicable taxes) that unlocks premium gameplay benefits, expands access limits where offered, and includes early access to new game modes and new sports (such as NHL, NFL, and others) before they are released to the free tier. Early-access content is provided as-is and may change, be delayed, or be removed before public launch. The price and included features may change with notice at the start of a new billing period.

Subscriptions auto-renew every month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues through the end of the paid billing period and will not auto-renew after that. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Failure to collect payment may downgrade your account to the free tier. Payments are processed by our payment provider; their terms also apply.

Refund policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except in the limited case of a genuine accidental charge. To qualify as accidental, all of the following must be true:

• The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the charge.
• The Chasin' Pro features were not meaningfully used after the charge (no premium-gated play used beyond free limits, no Pro-gated content consumed).
• The charge was a duplicate, an unintended re-subscription, or otherwise clearly accidental.

Requests outside that 24-hour window, requests after Pro features have been used, and refund requests based on buyer's remorse, change of mind, lack of play time, lost matches, simulated results, or dissatisfaction with the game will be denied. Every refund is reviewed manually and approved at our sole discretion. To request a review, email support@chasinbase.com from the same email on your account and include the charge date — or use our Contact Us page and select "Billing".

Approved refunds cancel your subscription immediately and revoke Pro access. We do not offer partial-month or prorated refunds. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

Entertainment only

This game is for entertainment purposes only. Win projections, ratings, and historical stats are estimates and should not be used for wagering or any decision-making.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, scrape, hack, spam, exploit, automate, or reverse engineer the site. You will not attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Enforcement

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk, at our sole discretion.
